I am a Holistic Lifestyle Coach who provides a specialized well-being program designed to fit each individuals needs that walks through my door.  I am a midwife to my clients on their journey; in the sense that I produce or aid in producing something new or different for each one of my clients. That “something” is almost always a fresh perspective on themselves by means of self acceptance, self love, faith in their journey, and nutrition & exercise coaching. This is in order to obtain an optimal state of harmony by discovering one's true values and diffusing any internal conflicts. The journey doesn't stop there. Once my client finds and ultimately begins to create this harmony within; then I believe it is their duty to carry this message of health and happiness to others.
